How do I place an order with you?
You can place an order by phone, by fax, or online. Please find our contact numbers on the contact information page.

Do you have a trade counter?
No, we don't have a trade counter. If you would like to collect your order from us please place your order in advance and phone to arrange a collection time so that we can ensure your order is ready for you.

Can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
Yes, we are happy to sell to private individuals.

How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery for stock items is a two to three working day service. We can usually arrange a next working day service for an additional cost for orders received before 10:00am.

How can I make payment?
Payment is accepted by Bank Transfer, Debit Card and Credit Card (there is a 2.4% charge for credit cards).

Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We offer a UK nationwide delivery service.

What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will reimburse you for the damaged goods. Damages must be notified within 48 hours. For all other returns, the goods must be in their original packaging in unused condition and will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% plus the delivery charge.
